I was new to the area and was referred to Dr. Wallace by a friend. I"m 73 years old and needed a "gentle" chiropractor that still gave me results. I really like Dr. Wallace.  He has helped me take care of several issues with my back. I would easily give a 5 star, but there is something that I can’t look past.   I believe his staff needs to be better trained.  The blonde gal has horrible bedside manners.  Several times I have gone in and she has been rude and inappropriate.  She has thrown heating pads on me-which was unexpected and startled me.  She has put me on different types of  tables and never explained how to position myself, didn’t position the bolster (all of which I had to figure out myself), and then once I was relaxed in a dimly lit room, she came in abruptly, and threw the lights on without saying a word.  She definitely does not have a therapeutic mindset, unlike Dr. Wallace who is kind, patience, and very calm.  I 100% recommend Dr. Wallace and his work, but don’t expect the rest of the visit to be something to write home about.
